About
Great food shouldn't require a permanent kitchen.
Bakers Hat exists to help foodservice operators create capable, flexible cooking environments wherever service takes them.
Most commercial cooking equipment is designed around a building: fixed utilities, a hood, a loading dock and a floor plan that never changes. A large amount of real foodservice does not happen in that building.
Bakers Hat focuses on the equipment that works everywhere else — compact, portable and countertop commercial equipment for caterers, pop-ups, food trucks, market and festival vendors, bakeries working in small spaces, and restaurants that need capacity beyond their installed line.
We organise the catalogue around the two questions operators actually ask: what am I cooking, and what will the site give me? That means fuel type, output, footprint and utility requirements sit at the front of every product, not buried at the bottom.
We do not claim that portable equipment suits every environment. Weight, fuel, clearance and weather all constrain where a unit can be used, and local requirements vary. Our job is to make those specifications easy to find so you can make that call accurately.

What we stand behind
- Specifications shown as supplied by the manufacturer or distributor.
- No invented performance claims or meals-per-hour promises.
- Clear shipping and freight expectations for heavy equipment.
- Guidance that sends you to verify local requirements, not around them.
