Shipping & Delivery
How commercial equipment gets to you
Commercial kitchen equipment can be large and heavy. Shipping is included on every US order; method and timing depend on the item and the destination.
What affects your shipment
- Equipment size
- Oversized items move by freight rather than parcel.
- Weight
- Heavier units may require a liftgate or additional handling.
- Destination
- Remote and island destinations can change carrier options.
- Freight requirements
- Some equipment ships palletised and crated.
- Residential vs commercial delivery
- Residential delivery often has different handling requirements than a commercial dock.
- Tailgate requirements
- Sites without a dock may need tailgate or liftgate service.
- Product availability
- Supplier and manufacturer availability affects dispatch.
Receiving your delivery
- Confirm the delivery site can accept a freight truck, and whether a liftgate or tailgate service is required.
- Have enough people on site to move the equipment once it is off the truck.
- Inspect packaging for damage before signing, and note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
- Check that the electrical or gas supply at the installation point matches the product requirements before the delivery date.
Shipping options, costs and timing are confirmed at checkout or on your quote. We don't advertise free shipping or fixed delivery times unless the order and destination support them.
